The Porto City Park with more than 80 hectares and 10km of trails, designed by Sidónio Pardal, it’s the largest urban park in Portugal and the only in Europe stretching all the way to the Atlantic Ocean. The first phase of the park was building in 1993 and the second in 2002.
Very close to the Castelo do Queijo you will find one of the entrances to the park and a new bicycle path.
